Default Bagpipe Writer issue

Hi, I'm asking here because my email from a few weeks to the company hasn't been answered. In BMW, I want to add a comment 'Alternate Ending' for the tune. I've gleaned from the accompanying booklet that it is probably something to do with placing the comment in brackets, but can't get it to work so that it shows on the then printed music. Can anyone advise please? Is the company still operating I wonder? (Robert MacNiel Musicworks)

Using this code will allow you to place a comment along the left edge of the music. Change "Inline" to "Alternate Ending" in the Inline quotation marks

I'm struggling with BMW also. It's stuck on an old laptop and I can't find a usable replacement.

I just want to figure out something like ABC that's web based but my Chromebook struggles with MIDI and now with MacOS Catalina MIDI is all kinds of broken.
