As much water as I can stomach and a couple tylenol before bed that night. And stay away from the sugary drinks...

For the mornings when you can't bring yourself to eat or drink, popsicles are the best remedy.

First, I would suggest one takes a good vitamin B complex supplement on a regular basis. ETOH metabolization is of course tough on the liver, so give it lots of resources to do its job! Water, water, water is correct also. ETOH consumption suppresses production of anti-diuretic hormone so basically your body's natural feedback mechanism to prevent you from peeing your life away gets overridden while drinking. For the next morning, my personal preference is OJ and ibuprofen, what I call "Hangover Helper". Sipping 50% sportsdrink and 50% water (basically dilute gatorade by 50%) is something I've done if I really over indulged.

One time I was going to give up drinking but then I thought to myself, "DAMMIT! My mother did NOT raise a quitter!"

Well you could always avoid a hangover by never being sober.

I take shots in the morning. Cheap beers work well in the morning, also.

PS: Don't drink MD 20/20's

DOn't use Tylenol. It becomes poisonous with alcohol and can actually kill you. Of course it takes a lot of Tylenol and a lot of alcohol.

Best cure, if you can get it. Pure O2 and a Saline IV. When I was in the Army we would let the combat medics practice giving IVs to anyone that came in hungover.

My ship's corpsman gave me two Tylenol and two little black tablets (about the size of a vitamin C tablet) for a hangover many years ago. I made the mistake of asking what the black pills were..........CHARCOAL FER CRYIN' OUT LOUD !!!!!!!!!

"It's ok...the charcoal absorbs the alcohol that's remaining in your system"...he says....

No.....it didn't work.......I hurt all day...
