I'm kind of partial to "At Long Last".

for me the two most recent 4/4s of my own compositions:
"The Renewal in Old Town", composed for my son and his Bride for their ceremony in Alexandria, VA last November and "The Chief" composed for my long-tine friend and colleague, former teacher and Band Director, John H. Evans.

Now this is going to date me, because it's an oldie but goodie. My favourite all-time 4/4 march set is the one from the old Shotts album The Pipe Major's Choice:

Flora Duncan
Dr Cam Stewart
The City of Hastings Highland Pipe Band

The transition into the last tune is exciting and, in context, makes The City Of Hastings my favourite four-parted 4/4 March.

It lends itself to harmony, and I wrote a Slow Air version of the tune (in 3/4 time) which we used in our Medley years ago. It's very effective to play the air version then go into the march making for a nice little stand-alone two-tune set (think Cullen Bay).

The Stalwart Lads written by John Brock...We played this a few years back at the Rose Bowl Parade of Champions and were inundated afterwards for info on the name and where to get the tune.

Thanks for the tip on the Shotts album...I found it on Spotify and I'm listening to it now...Great stuff.

At long last and dawning of the day have been favorites for a while but have been over played. My current favorite is the dust gatherer. I can't play it, yet, but love the tune
