Default Unusual bag/cord covers?

Is there anyone here who plays with a bag cover with drone cords that are rather unconventional in color?

Do you know any reputable makers who will make custom colored bag covers & cords? I am thinking purple!

One of my bandmates made a bag cover that is supposed to resemble a golden retriever. While I doubt it would do well at Westminster, it is rather cute. I'd like a bag cover in denim but first I want to try making a denim kilt. Understated but with its own elegance, hopefully. Purple would be smashing!! Will you be able to find matching cords or are you looking for an interesting contrast?

If you need matching cords, you could always knit (or see if you know someone who can knit) a purple sash to use for cords.

I have a wool, knitted guitar strap, that I actually use as backup drone cords more than I ever do with the guitar.

Cheers,

I'll second the recommendation for Hastings. I have several. All excellent.

I knitted an Aran bagcover. Looked awesome. Gonna do another in Fair Isle...

I made a cover with skulls printed on the material. It comes out only for bar gigs on Halloween.

You should check out quilting fabrics if you have someone to help make your bag cover. The material is stronger than most fabric and they have all kinds of themes available for different holidays, military, and different occupations.

I had a bowling shirt made out of fabric covered in guitars.

It would indeed! Something almost "mystical" about purple.

I am looking to get matching drone cords with it as well, fortunately I am in luck, there appear to be a few pictures out there. I think kiltsandmore sells purple drone cords, however they are not solid purple, other colors look to be in the mix.

I will give a look at hastings!
