Well how did it go? Or have you had it yet?

I had one eye done around 3 years ago, the other eye done some months ago. It's fantastic. I've worn glasses since 6th grade but no more! What a great way to turn 60.

How long does the actual surgery take- 5 minutes? I thought he was just getting started and he said it was done.

The Happy Juice helps. Once that stuff takes effect you don't care what they do to you.

10,000? Wow. But with how quick the surgery is I can see how the numbers would add up. My surgeon operates once a week, and has the people lined up all day. He must be exhausted at the end of it.

Well, it's been almost two weeks since I had the cataract surgery on the second eye. The difference is amazing! Those cataracts snuck up on me. Didn't realize just how bad my vision had gotten. My license is due for renewal on the first of next month. Won't need glasses to pass the eye exam.
My surgeon operates on one day too, from 7:00 to 10:00 am. The rest of the week he does eye exams.
He said I can resume making pipe parts on the wood lathe this Friday and playing the pipes once thirty days after the second surgery is up. Just picked up a metal lathe and a set of shuttle pipes that I'm itching to try out. It's hard resisting the urge to fire up either one.
I would do it again in a minute.
