Default Drummers 1938

Can any drummers shed light on the band or the particular drumming personnel in this band from 1938?

Come on lads, take a look at this film from the 30's it just might be the big man himself when he was only a boy? Drew would know if it's his Dad Alex and his Granddad John? If it is, WOW, perhaps Cambusnethan PB what a historical find!

If it isn't still a great find on many levels: the boy is obviously a protege playing with his Drum Serge (Dad?) check it out at 7:08. The drums which has to be a great set of early rod tension drums from the 30's the pipers pipes with spread out drones, the whole band is very smart, if not Cambusnethan, possibly Rutherglen, Cambuslang or Glasgow Corporation Transport PB? I know one of you out there will know.
