Default Re: Italian anthem - can it be done?

I'm going to learn so I have it to play when Ferrari wins again. It's great music!

All note substitutions are in boldface. I've not indicated timing, but I put in the barlines /

la / la b la f / f hg f f / ha hg f e / f e d la /

/ la b la f / f hg f f / ha hg f e / f e d f /

/ f c d e / d c b d / c d e f / f hg la /

/ la b la f / f hg f f / ha hg f ha e ha / d /
I think I'll just focus on this first 16 bars. For me the tricky part to make sense of from audio or video clips of the actual song is at the end of the third line above, i.e. around the 11th-12th bars. Here's my suggestion (see bold red font):

la / la b la f / f hg f f / ha hg f e / f e d la /

/ la b la f / f hg f f / ha hg f e / f e d f /

/ f c d e / d c b d / c d e la / hg ha la /

/ la b la f / f hg f f / ha hg f ha e ha / d /

The E preceding the first Low A is held, and the High A is only hit briefly after holding the High G. I add a G grace note going into the High G. Does this make sense?
