Default Nameless Jig from PM Angus MacDonald's Ceol Beag from the Castle

The liner notes of this CD state "Nameless Jig" was by the same guy who wrote "Eileen MacDonald".

Perhaps the tune has a name and Angus just didn't know it. Searching for the composer "Williamson" results in several hits of jigs, many in The Gordon Highlanders, Pipe Music Collection, Volume II (which I don't have).

Could anyone check to see if Brother Tom (page 192), Groatie Buckie Mannie (page 196), or Myra Hatton (page 206) fits the melody of Nameless Jig as found on the Ceol Beag from the Castle album?

Someone has added the album to YouTube:

I have already written the tune down from the recording. Just want to make sure I'm not stepping on any toes if I share it, as presumably it's unpublished.

I know that jig as "Unknown" found in Scots Guards II page150, written by P Sgt A. M. Lee and H Workman. Great jig

Maybe not a tune of the month but I went ahead and recorded it along with a few other tunes and posted it to the blog:

Would H Workman be Hamilton (Hammy) Workman later of Massachusetts?

He was a well-known piper and judge around these parts. I named one of my marches for him.

Indeed, that is he.
