So sad to hear the news today. Bob, you were and are a good friend and always had a smile and a joke for me. Your constant good spirits always lit up any room you were in. Your passion for the Pipe Band world could be felt by all. We all appreciate your efforts in creating this great " common ground " that all in the Piping world could come to and always made to feel welcome. You will be missed, mon ami. Know that Diana, Allison & Liz will always have the piping community to call their extended family and they will be cared for.

I am in total shock........
My most heart felt condolences to his family.....
I think Bob should be remembered as one of the top contributers to this idiom because of the Bagpipe Web Directory.
Lets honor his memory by making it an even better place to find and discuss topics on the GHB.
