Default Re: Chanter question

I've used Dunbar short and long practice chanters for years. I never was satisfied with the scale, regardless of which different reed I used.

One of my piping buddies had a Gibson chanter that always sounded great, so I broke down and bought a Gibson chanter with a Gibson reed. Wow, what a difference.

Great tone quality and excellent pitch on every note.
