Great tunes in here, sad that this volume still hasn't be re-released.

They're still floating around, I bought a new copy from somewhere about 2 years back, took some creative googling to find though

Same. Found my copy, also in new condition about 1-2 years ago, after having scoured the web for a year.

I find it strange the first volume is still in print, but the 2nd isn’t.
