Drum Decal Suppliers?

I hope this is the correct area to post, as the drum sections seemed to be instrument specific..
Anyway, I have been tasked with getting quotes from preferably Canadian suppliers for drum decals to display Regimental Honours.
These would be decals mounted on the shells of the snares, tenors and bass drums...nothing to do with drum heads.
Our pipe band program (RCMP) has 8 pipe bands across Canada, so it will be a sizeable order, and investment.
So, if anyone out there has done something similar with their drum section and would like to share information about suppliers, I'd be very happy to hear from you....

Check out Precision Drum Company. I bought a couple shell wraps to fix up the old snare drums from them. They could probably point you in the right direction if they don't have what you need.
