Bore Doctor Updates?

Hi everyone, I'm back taking another go at this crazy instrument after a bit of a hiatus. I need some new bore oil, and I was sad to hear of the passing of the doctor Omar Henderson. Sinclair concern themselves with selling instruments. Stop making pens and make pipes. Good pipes. A set of full imitation ivory Sinclair pipes is 2100 pounds. I can buy a set from another maker for 1000 pounds less that are probably a little better totally. I then have 1000 pounds for lessons to get me closer to sounding like the players that have them on their shoulder at the Glenfiddich. What’s the value in purchasing a new instrument from them?

It was my Good Fortune... by way of mutual
friends... to have met the good Bore Doctor...
and to have gotten his most wonderful Bore
Oil... directly from him.

And I... too... was greatly affected... by his
Passing On... and the worry... that his truly
wonderful tool... which is what a good bore
oil is... might no longer be available... (??)

But... I was encouraged... by hearing that
some of his family members... were going
to take up the staff... and continue on with
its availability.

Any others here... having any interactions...
with whom ever... might be now running The
Bore Doctors shop... and... ergo... having
any first-hand knowledge... of its present
status??
